Model Description

Those who want to travel far and fast, don't need a lot. Just the best. So we built the KTM 1090 ADVENTURE to be light on its feet, yet adequately equipped and easier to ride than ever. Easy on your wallet too. Nevertheless, multi-mode traction control and ABS come as standard and the engine is built using the same state-of-the art technology as the KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE models. Even though this V-twin is a little smaller, it still delivers 125 hp (92 kW). And it's available as a KTM Adventure L for A2 licence holders. The featherweight chassis and well-balanced suspension team up with prize-winning Metzeler Tourance Next tires to take you wherever you dare, whenever you want. All fun, no bulk – this bike is made to load up on adrenaline instead.

The advanced V-twin engine with a 1,050cc displacement supplies everything a Travel Enduro could ever need: powerful acceleration, real punch for fully loaded touring and 125 hp (92 kW) peak power for when the chips are down. Low fuel consumption and long service intervals of 15,000 km mean the bike is easy on the wallet too.

Stability and control are the foundations of riding fun. With its ultra-lightweight tubular trellis frame, a high strength, die-cast, open-lattice swingarm and top quality components from WP Suspension, the KTM 1090 ADVENTURE will ensure your smile. Keeping asphalt lovers in mind, the KTM 1090 ADVENTURE is fitted with a 19-inch wheel up front; 17-inch at the rear. Quality Metzeler tires and proper suspension travel push its cornering skills to the next level and brakes from world-renowned market leader Brembo, coupled with assistance systems (traction control and ABS) developed in close collaboration with Bosch, round off the package. Safe. Fun. Fast. Everywhere.

At KTM, individualists are welcome. The bike's ergonomics can be adjusted to suit the preferences and stature of any rider, wherever they may roam: Two handlebar clamping positions: horizontal +/- 10 mm, Two footpeg positions: 10 mm up and back (diagonally), Hand levers with 5 reach settings.

KTM know its customers like to modify and to travel, which is why the PowerParts range boasts a huge variety of accessories and luggage options across its Street range of sportmotorcycles – past and present. All PowerParts are developed alongside their chosen machine, meaning that KTM riders only get parts that perfectly complement their ride and provide that important 'factory fit' straight from the dealer.
